Term & Conditions:

Deposit Policy
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 100% pre-payment, when arrival is within 14 days. Reservations made more than 14 days in advance requires a 50% deposit within 48 hours and the full payment should reach Pumbali at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Fee Policy
Please make sure to communicate any change in traveling plans to Pumbali to avoid any unnecessary penalties.

Cancellation fees of the nett amount will be applicable:

15 days and more prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee applicable on the total accommodation amount;

14 days or less – 50% cancellation fee applicable on the total accommodation amount;

No Show – 100% cancellation fee applicable on the total accommodation amount;

No reimbursement will be given for early departure.
